Dr. Roger Menta’s journey as a sport specialist chiropractor and elite athlete has shaped his approach to helping others achieve peak performance and recovery. Starting in baseball and soccer, he found his passion in endurance sports, specifically the Ironman. After eight years of training and competition, he achieved his goal of qualifying for the prestigious Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. This experience fuels his dedication to treating athletes and active individuals at all levels, from performance enhancement to rehabilitation and recovery.
Dr. Menta graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with Clinic Honours and completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Sport Sciences. He also holds a Kinesiology degree from the University of Calgary, is a Certified Clinical Acupuncture provider, and serves as an Instructor for Functional Range Systems (FRS). He specializes in individualized treatment approaches, including soft tissue work, dry needling, and joint manipulation, to optimize movement and reduce pain.
Beyond clinical care, Dr. Menta coaches endurance athletes and teaches KINSTRETCH and Internal Strength classes to help individuals improve mobility and performance. Dr. Monika is a Chiropractor, Registered Massage Therapist, and massage therapy educator based in Calgary. She is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live more active, pain-free lives.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University, a Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
